UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. 9. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the work where Employees covered by this Agreement are employed, providing they do not unnecessarily interfere with the Employer's employees or customers' employees or cause them to neglect their work and, further provided, such Union representative complies with customer requirements.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. 5.01 Authorized representatives of the Council shall have access to jobs where employees covered by this Agreement are employed and it shall be the responsibility of the Employer to provide the authorized Council representative with such access subject to the approval of the owner or contractor subcontracting to the Employer. The Council recognizes that a large percentage of the workmen on jobs where the Employer is called upon to work are employed by an owning company or by other contractors and the Council agrees that it will not use rights of access provided by this Article in such a way as to jeopardize the Employer's position on such jobs or to interfere with the progress of work on the job.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. (A) There shall be a working xxxxxxx on the job as long as there are employees covered by this Agreement working on the job. The xxxxxxx shall be appointed by the Business Agent from among the employees working on the job. In case a xxxxxxx shall be removed from the job for any reason, other than their own, the Employer shall notify the Union prior to their removal.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to jobs where employees covered by this agreement are employed providing they do not unnecessarily interfere with the employees or cause them to neglect their work, and further provided such Union representative complies with customer rules, including rules which may restrict or deny the Union Representative(s) access to customer’s property. If the customer has and adheres to such a rule, the Union Representative may request that any individual employee or employees be made available for conference with the Union Representative without loss of pay. . The Union agrees to notify the Employer as to who shall serve as Xxxxxxx. The first Journeyman on any job will be the Xxxxxxx until replaced by the Business Manager. He or she shall, in addition to their work as a Journeyman, be permitted to perform, during working hours, such Union duties as cannot be reasonably performed at other times. It is understood and agreed that the Xxxxxxx’x duties shall not include any matters relating to referral, hiring and termination or discipline of employees. The Employer shall notify the Union at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of its intention to lay off a Xxxxxxx. Stewards appointed by the Union on projects with twenty (20) or more employees shall not be terminated or laid off for the duration of the project without the mutual consent of the Local 441 Business Manager until the number of employees is reduced to five (5) or less, provided the Xxxxxxx is qualified to perform the remaining work to be performed on the project. The Employer shall not discriminate against the Xxxxxxx, nor permit its supervision to discriminate against the Xxxxxxx. When four (4) or more Journeymen and Apprentices are working overtime, the Xxxxxxx shall be included. A representative of the Union may be accompanied by the Xxxxxxx whenever he or she wishes to bring any dispute(s) to the attention of the proper representatives of the Employer or wishes to hold any discussion concerning interpretation of this Agreement. Xxxxxxx shall be notified of all layoffs and will be allowed to relay notifications to Hall.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. A. The authorized representative of the Union may visit jobs during working hours, but, however, must not hinder or interfere with the progress of work. The Employer shall, upon request by the Union Representative, inform the Union of the exact locations of their jobs.

Art. 16(a) Authorized business representatives of the Local Unions shall at all times have access to jobs where the Contractors signatory to this Agreement are working, providing they do not unnecessarily interfere with the employees or cause them to neglect their work, and further provided such Union representatives comply with customer’s rules.

SECTION 1 - UNION ACCESS TO JOBS Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to jobs where employees covered by this Agreement are employed, providing they do not unnecessarily interfere with the employees or cause them to neglect their work, and further provided such Union Representative complies with the customer rules. When requested, a Contractor will make every effort to cooperate in aiding Union Representatives to gain entrance to jobs where company security poses a problem.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. 7 Art. 15.1 Authorized representatives of the 8 Union shall have access to jobs where employees 9 covered by this Agreement are employed, provided 10 they do not unnecessarily interfere with the em- 11 ployees or cause them to neglect their work, and 12 further provided such Union representative com- 13 plies with customer rules and regulations.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. 11.1 Authorized Business Representatives of the Union shall at all times have access to jobs of the employer, providing they do not interfere with the employees or cause them to neglect their work. Such representatives shall notify the manager or his representative of his presence prior to contacting employees in the shop.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND ACCESS TO JOBS. 6.01 Subject to the approval of the owner or contractor subcontracting to the Employer, authorized representatives of the Union will have access to jobs where employees covered by this Agreement are employed. The Union agrees that it will not use such access provided by this Article in any way interfering in the work of the employees or that would in any way jeopardize the Employer’s relationship with the applicable owner or contractor. The Employer and the Union recognize this will not include the ability to enter customers’ properties, nor the Employer’s vehicles.
