Use of College. Mail Facilities
1. The Association shall be permitted access to the faculty mailboxes for communication with members of the bargaining unit regarding Association business. The Association shall not use the College’s mailboxes for communication with any non-bargaining unit College employees. The Association will also be permitted use of one half of the Bulletin Board located on the wall next to the faculty offices, provided that the same shall not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information or information which is critical of the College, Administration, Board of Trustees or other employees.
Use of College. Facilities The Association shall have the right to use College facilities only for meetings on the same basis as other organizations whenever such facilities are not in use for educational purposes. The Association shall be afforded the right to use the University mail system only for materials related to the conduct of the Association's business, but not for partisan political activity. Association members with University e-mail addresses may send and receive emails relating to Association business. However, the parties understand that all email sent to or received through the University email system is the property of the University and will be subject to the University's general rules for storage, deletion, mailbox management, access and monitoring, and there is no expectation of privacy with regard to use of the University e-mail system. The parties also understands that email sent to or received from the University e-mail system may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and that the University, in its sole discretion, will determine if a particular email is required to be disclosed pursuant to a FOIA request.
Use of College. Housing during breaks or when classes are not in session. A resident student is required to vacate his/her housing assignment when college housing closes for breaks or within 24 hours after completing their last classes or examinations, unless an exception is authorized by Residence Life professional staff. Temporary housing may be offered for short breaks for a fee. Graduating seniors may generally remain in their college housing assignment until graduation. Students may not return to campus before college housing opens, unless an exception is authorized by Residence Life professional staff. Students returning early without authorization by college housing professional staff will be charged a fee. During breaks, University Police patrol college housing facilities. Unauthorized person(s) are subject to arrest for trespassing. Residents living in MAC operated housing facilities are generally allowed to stay during all college breaks in accordance with MAC procedures and supplementary agreements
Use of College. Facilities by Student Organizations: Registered student organizations may use college facilities for meetings and activities in accordance with Board Policy 7850 Use of College Facilities. The Vice President of Student Services or designee may grant approval for fund raising, recruiting participants, posting and distributing literature. Registered student religious organizations shall be extended the same privileges as other registered organizations, except as limited by federal and state law.
Use of College. Facilities by the Federation and its Representatives
Use of College provided professional development allocations, if any.
Use of College facilities does not imply endorsement by the College of any activity, service, belief, organization or product.
Use of College. NAME Vendor agrees that it will not, prior to, in the course of, or after performance under the Agreement use the College’s name in any advertising or promotional media as a customer or client of Vendor without the prior written consent of the College.

Use of College equipment for personal use upon the approval of the employee’s appropriate supervisor.
