USE OF DISTRICT EQUIPMENT AND E-MAIL. COMMUNICATIONS 4 1. The Association will have the right to use school equipment including computers, 5 digital or electronic devices, public address and audio-visual equipment at 6 reasonable times, provided such times do not interfere with or disrupt the use of 7 such equipment for the original purpose intended. Any incurred cost for 8 consumable supplies shall be borne by the Association. 9 2. District email may be used between Association Officers and Association 10 Representatives (AR's) to discuss issues of the Association. An AR may also 11 email, individual bargaining unit members at their work site/school regarding 12 individual issues with a member at the worksite. The Association President may 13 email individual employees at any district work/school site. Such communication 14 needs to be done before or after school or during the duty-free lunch period. 15 3. Parameters for the Association President's use of ALL-DISTRICT emails 16 shall be reviewed annually with the Superintendent. The following parameters 17 are currently established for use of ALL-DISTRICT emails: 18 a. Email Information Only: The Association President shall send email 19 communication about Association meetings or functions to the 20 Superintendent, or designee for review. Once reviewed, the 21 Superintendent, or designee will send a District-Wide email on behalf 22 of the Association President.

  • Use of District Facilities 1 The Association shall have the right to use District facilities for Association meetings provided advance approval is granted by the District according to the District Building Use Guidelines.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing.
