Use of Mobile Banking Services. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any instructions provided from time to time on Bank’s website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and in the mobile application for the proper use of the Mobile App. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use the Mobile App in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any questions or problems with the Mobile App. You agree not to use the Service in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, or improper manner or purpose and will only be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international Internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You agree that you will not use the Mobile Banking Service to transmit or disseminate junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material. You agree that you will not use the Mobile Banking Service to transmit or disseminate material that infringes or violates any third-party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers. You agree that you will not use the Mobile Banking Service to transmit or disseminate material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm the reputation of the Bank or any third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Mobile Banking Services. You agree that you will not use the Mobile Banking Service to transmit or disseminate material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral h...

Use of Mobile Banking Services. 4Front Mobile Banking is a personal financial account management service that allows you to view your ac- count balances and recent account activity, and conduct certain transactions using compatible and support- ed mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices through use of our mobile app. At present, you may use mobile banking to perform the same functions as online banking, with the addition of Mobile Check Deposit. We may add services and features from time to time. By accepting this agreement now and installing and using the mobile app updates, you agree that these terms and conditions apply to future mobile app services.
Use of Mobile Banking Services. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and then that you always use Mobile Banking in accordance with the online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Mobile Device and the Mobile Banking software (“Software”). We may change or upgrade Mobile Banking from time to time. In the event of such changes or upgrades, you are responsible for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking as changed or upgraded. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or your Mobile Device. From time to time, we may develop additional Mobile Banking Services. When such services are developed, you will have the opportunity to add them to your Mobile Banking Service, provided you have a compatible Mobile Device. Visa Lock/Unlock feature: When you place a lock on your credit or debit card via mobile banking, it will prevent most types of card transactions from being processed until you unlock the card. The lock will not stop existing recurring payments, returns and credits, dispute adjustments, travel notifications, deposits, check writing, PIN changes, in-branch withdrawals, credit card payments, credit card reward redemption or interest charges. Locking your card is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen. This feature is available on the Mobile Banking app. You control the lock/unlock feature and are responsible for any costs or expenses related to the use of the feature. We are not liable or responsible for any harm caused by your use of this feature.
Use of Mobile Banking Services. You may use your Mobile Banking Service to view your balances, account history, transfer between accounts, pay bills, view messages, access the Interac e-Transfer Service and Deposit Anywhere ™ Service.
Use of Mobile Banking Services. You agree that You will contact Us at the information listed in the “Our Customer Support Information” section of this Agreement if You have any questions about or problems with the Mobile Banking Services. If the Mobile Banking Services are modified, You are responsible for understanding how to use any modifications. CFR Part 1005 et seq.) promulgated and issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau pursuant to the EFTA, We will not be liable to You for any losses caused by Your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Services or Your mobile device. Additional information regarding Regulation E is contained in the “Error Resolution” section of these Terms. You agree not to use the Mobile Banking Services in any way that would: (a) infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Mobile Banking Services to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any applicable law (law, statute, ordinance or regulation including but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti- discrimination, false advertising, anti-money laundering or bank secrecy); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate;

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Use of Communication Services The Website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, blog comment sections and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in any Communication Service. The Company does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized the Company spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to:

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. You may allow Your Users (as defined below) to use the Services for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with this Agreement and Your order. 1.2 The Service Specifications describe and govern the Services. During the Services Period, we may update the Services and Service Specifications (with the exception of the Data Processing Agreement as described below) to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of Third Party Content (as defined below). Oracle updates to the Services or Service Specifications will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Services Period of Your order. 1.3 You may not, and may not cause or permit others to: (a) use the Services to harass any person; cause damage or injury to any person or property; publish any material that is false, defamatory, harassing or obscene; violate privacy rights; promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm; send unsolicited bulk e-mail, junk mail, spam or chain letters; infringe property rights; or otherwise violate applicable laws, ordinances or regulations; (b) perform or disclose any benchmarking or availability testing of the Services; (c) perform or disclose any performance or vulnerability testing of the Services without Oracle’s prior written approval, or perform or disclose network discovery, port and service identification, vulnerability scanning, password cracking or remote access testing of the Services; or (d) use the Services to perform cyber currency or crypto currency mining ((a) through (d) collectively, the “Acceptable Use Policy”). In addition to other rights that we have in this Agreement and Your order, we have the right to take remedial action if the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, and such remedial action may include removing or disabling access to material that violates the policy.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type.   • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Personal Services No employee shall be required to perform services of a personal nature.
