Use of Stakeholder Input. Describe how the LEA has taken or will take stakeholder and public input into account in the development of the LEA Plan for the Use of ARP XXXXX Funds. (3,000 characters xxx) As described above, the AGSD plan evolved from the ongoing public comment and interaction between our administrators, teachers and board members and the roadmap for reopening schools provided by PDE. By aligning these components, along with the evidence of learning that was collected through local and vendor-based assessments, the decision to focus on accelerating growth for students through the structure of our MTSS framework was determined to be the best means to attack each student's interrupted learning as well as infuse the ARP XXXXX Funds into our existing structures to maximize impact. Similar to the 20-21 school year, stakeholder input in 21-22 will be gathered through multiple means and will be used by our building and district administrators to monitor the effectiveness of the plan, with adjustments made as needed based on the evidence of learning gathered through multiple means.
Use of Stakeholder Input. Describe how the LEA has taken or will take stakeholder and public input into account in the development of the LEA Plan for the Use of ARP XXXXX Funds. (3,000 characters xxx) In planning for the use of grant funds, we used the results of the survey to prioritize and drive decision-making. The highest percentage of feedback centered around the use of evidence- based interventions, after-school and summer programs, addressing student social-emotional and mental health needs, curriculum enhancements, supporting at-risk students, and maintaining healthy facilities. We believe that our current plan for the use of ARP XXXXX funds relates to each one of these areas.

(3,000 characters xxx) To ensure appropriate stakeholder and public input were taken into account when preparing a plan to use the XXXXX funds, the District created an XXXXX committee, which included representatives from all buildings, parents, board members, District Administrators, teachers, and support staff. The District’s goal with XXXXX funding is to come out of the pandemic stronger. To achieve this goal, input from all stakeholders is vital. The District educated these stakeholders that a portion of funds (20% at a minimum) must be used towards students who suffered from learning loss caused by the pandemic. Concepts and ideas on how funds were to be utilized were presented at several levels of meetings, including a superintendent advisory meeting, a diversity committee meeting, public board meetings, and other public committee meetings such as Finance and Budget and Education. In addition, as many of the items being funded by this grant are education-focused, these items were discussed in further detail at various Curriculum Committee xxxxxxxx.Xx mentioned in the above section, the District will continue to listen to its stakeholders as needs change throughout this grant period. Many of the concepts and new programs included in this grant program are new to the District, and after their implementation, we might discover they are not achieving the goals as intended. Conversely, if programs are working better than anticipated, we may expand these programs. Should that be the case, the District will meet with the appropriate stakeholders and get feedback on how revisions to this plan should be made. If these revisions occur, we will follow a similar format by presenting substantial updates to the appropriate committees (ex: XXXXX/School Board, etc.)

Use of Stakeholder Input. Describe how the LEA has taken or will take stakeholder and public input into account in the development of the LEA Plan for the Use of ARP XXXXX Funds. (3,000 characters xxx) As outlined in the previous question, our variety of surveys and parent/community events has provided the greatest amount of input in the development of ACSD’s plan for the use of ARP XXXXX funds. Specifically, the team identified and emphasized the need for the development of a variety of Tiered interventions within the district. Subsequently, this focus area has become one of the main areas where our spending of ARP XXXXX funds is outlined. From updating our Tier I core resources to align to PA Core Standards to adding math and ELA screeners and programs, creating a robust system of support for ALL learners is at the core of our XXXXX spending plan. Community members at the Spring 2021 Survey confirmed this approach by sharing feedback related to the need to accelerate learning for all students. In addition, our community members across the district (parents, social service providers, and business partners) have consistently provided input to district administration and school board members regarding the social-emotional needs of our students and families. This input is reflected in the development a strategic approach to enhancing our SEL resources across the district. ARP XXXXX funds will be utilized to purchase a core SEL curriculum, various screeners and assessments, and support the Student Assistance Program at the district and school levels. Finally, the district administration will analyze input and feedback from the online survey in order to finalize the priorities for spending within the full XXX-XXXXX plan. Through small group feedback and survey responses, ACSD has structured the input from stakeholders in a way that will help determine our highest areas of focus when implementing XXX-XXXXX planning.
