If no form, with a parental signature, is forthcoming, after a pupil has been given reminders and a note placed in their planner or second letter placed in book bag, then the pupil will be asked to sign a copy of the form within School and this will be filed. Teachers issuing forms will need to keep a record of forms issued and returned. Once completed the forms should be passed to the Main School office and will be filed within pupils personal files. As part of the induction process all new staff, or governors and visitors who have been provided with access to the schools network, will be issued with the acceptable use agreement/code of conduct which they will be expected to sign. A copy of this will be kept within staff files. A breach or suspected breach of policy by a school employee, contractor or pupil may result in the temporary or permanent withdrawal of school ICT hardware, software or services from the offending individual. Any policy breach is grounds for disciplinary action in accordance with the school Disciplinary Procedure. Policy breaches may also lead to criminal or civil proceedings.
