Breach of Policy Sample Clauses

Breach of Policy. You must comply with this Wireless Internet Service Agreement. If you do not comply, Xxxx Sound Student Residence reserves the right to: a. Revoke your usage of our Internet Service. b. Suspend your usage of our Internet Service. c. Require you to remove any attached devices causing harm to our network, or to other tenants. d. Report your actions and/or behaviors to the appropriate authorities.
Breach of Policy. If it is determined that, based on the written report, the policy on Respectful Work and Learning Environment has been breached the Vice-President (Administration) in consultation with the appropriate administrative officer and the Vice-Xxxxxxx (Student Affairs), where the respondent is a student, or the appropriate administrative officer and the appropriate Vice-President and the Executive Director of Human Resources where the respondent is an employee, will determine an appropriate disposition of the matter. Where Collective Agreement provisions require that the President obtain the approval of the Board of Governors for a suspension or dismissal, the finding of the Vice-President (Administration) shall be referred to the President in the form of a recommendation for action. Notice of the disposition will be provided to the complainant, the respondent, the appropriate administrative officer and the Investigation Officer. The appropriate administrative officer will ensure the disposition is fulfilled and file a copy of the disposition in the University’s official employment file for the respondent, in the case of an employee or in the University’s official student file for the student, in the case of a student. All other information pertaining to the investigation shall be retained in a secure file held by Equity Services. The appropriate administrative officer and/or the Equity Services Advisor will facilitate any request or requirement for counseling/education/training on behalf of either the complainant or the respondent. The Vice-President (Administration), in consultation with Equity Services, and where appropriate the President or another Vice-President may request that an investigation be conducted in the absence of a formal complaint and in circumstances where he/she deems it appropriate to do so. The University shall utilize the same methods of investigation, adapted as necessary to meet the circumstances. Based on the results of this investigation, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken.
Breach of Policy. As is always the case, a failure to adhere to TAEC policies may result in disciplinary action that may range from a warning to termination of your competitorship. It is very important that when referring to TAEC or competitors in the social media space as covered by this policy, you do not directly or indirectly put yourself in a position where such failure to comply may be assumed.
Breach of Policy. In the circumstance where an individual is found to have taken a deliberate action in an attempt to breach this policy, they will be deemed as having a positive result and disciplinary action will apply. Examples of such deliberate action include, but are not limited to: a) Refusing to undertake the following tests when required – Random, Cause or Clearance tests. b) Refusing to provide a sample in a timely manner. c) Failure to attend a testing venue when requested. d) Sample tampering, i.e.: sample substitution, dilution or addition of adulterant substances, tampering with the Chain of Custody process. e) Unauthorised possession, consumption or distribution of drugs, drug related paraphernalia on site. f) Consumption of alcohol on site (alcohol is only permitted on site if it is for the purpose of a gift, in which case it must remain unopened in the manufacturers sealed condition; or if it is to be used for a legitimate, authorised work related purpose). g) Providing false or misleading information to Capral about their fitness for work. h) Providing false or misleading information to Capral on testing acknowledgement or consent forms.

It is very important that when referring to KEC or competitors in the social media space as covered by this policy, you do not directly or indirectly put yourself in a position where such failure to comply may be assumed.

Breach of this policy and procedures may result in disciplinary actions in accordance with District or local school practices as applicable, as well as potential legal actions. 11.2. Unauthorized modifications of District information and communication technology will follow the procedures described in the following diagram.

Breach of Policy. 8.1 Permission to keep a pet will only remain whilst the tenant adheres to the terms of this policy. 8.2 Tenants found to be keeping pets in their home without the Association permission will have to remove the animal within 28 days. 8.3 Failure to remove these animals within the timescale can result in the association seeking legal action which could place your tenancy at risk.
