Position Qualifications. An interested employee may apply in writing to the Superintendent, or designee, within the five (5) day posting period. The Employer shall notify a school year employee of vacancies occurring during the summer months (June, July and August) by sending notice of same to each interested employee using an employee-furnished stamped envelope. The Employer agrees to notify the Association President in writing of any vacancies occurring during the summer months.
Position Qualifications. The first consideration in filling vacant positions with an internal applicant shall be the applicant's ability to meet the primary qualifications of the position. The second consideration shall be seniority within the bargaining unit. If the District determines that seniority rights should not govern because a less senior person is better qualified for the position, the District shall, upon request and within five (5) days, set forth the reasons why the senior employee was bypassed.
Position Qualifications. All qualifications for each position begin on the date of ratification. All employees wishing to test shall meet positional qualifications prior to testing, and must have all documentation (e.g., college transcripts, course certificates, etc.) uploaded in the District's training records database on the day that the employee registers for the test. All academic degrees must be obtained from a U.S. Department of Education school that participates in Title IV federal programs.
Position Qualifications. Prior to the development of new qualification standards for Title 38 bargaining unit positions, the Union will be pre-decisionally involved, consistent with Article 11 - Labor-Management Cooperation, and may submit recommendations for criteria to be used in the development of those standards. Additionally, the Local will be provided copies of posted, vacant positions. The Department will accept and consider the Local Union’s comments on posted vacancy announcements. When the Department elects to simultaneously post internally and externally, the Department will initially evaluate the applications of current employees when filling vacant positions before evaluating the outside candidates.
Position Qualifications. Student Ambassadors must have a 2.5 GPA or higher to be accepted into the Xxxxxx School Student Ambassador & Advisory Council and must maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout service. Student Ambassadors must have at least one semester completed as a Xxxxxx School student and be enrolled in at least 6 credits.

(Normal safety precautions should be applied at all time).
Position Qualifications. The Agency shall provide the Union President with copies of all position qualifications for vacant positions. The Union may submit recommendations to the Agency regarding the position qualifications.
Position Qualifications. Project Manager/ Electrical Engineer Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer At least ten (10) years’ experience in high voltage electrical infrastructure works five (5) years of which shall be post professional designation. A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in the Public Sector, specifically the Bermuda Government. Knowledge of Ministry of Public Works procurement practice, FIDIC standard forms of contract, Government documentation, writing of Cabinet Papers and Contract Award Recommendations. Knowledge of the NEC3 standard forms of contract would be an advantage. As a minimum requirement, the following must be made available to us: Table 1A – Resource Categories
Position Qualifications. All WAOPA members who pass the skills based assessment test will be interviewed. Upon request, an employee shall receive in writing within five (5) work days, reasons for not being selected for a transfer.
Position Qualifications. The Owner/Operator and at least two (2) managers shall meet any other of Xxxxxx’x standards and criteria for such positions, as set forth in the Manuals or otherwise in writing by Xxxxxx’x.
