Vacation Entitlements. shall be computed from January 1 each year. In the case of regular employees subject to anticipated layoff periods, vacations shall be computed to the anticipated date of layoff and from the date the employee returns from layoff to December 31st and shall be credited on January 1st and the date the employee returns from layoff respectively.
