Vacation Entitlements. (1) 1 year of service 8 years of service 16 years of service 23 years of service (2) 15 days 20 days 25 days 30 days Employees will be entitled to one (1) additional day of vacation for each year of service commencing in the calendar year in which the twenty-fifth anniversary occurs, until a total of thirty-five (35) days has been reached. Employees with five (5) additional vacation days may elect to take them in a block as scheduled annual vacation. Unless these additional days are scheduled as annual vacation, they will be treated as 'random days'.
