Vacation Leave With Pay Credits. (i) During their first year of service, employees will earn vacation leave credits at the rate of 1 1/4 days per month, for each full month of employment for which they receive a minimum of ten (10) days' salary. After six (6) months of service, they may be granted vacation leave credits in advance to the extent of the leave credits that could accumulate to the end of the fiscal year (March 31).
