VACATION/SICK TIME. Executive shall be entitled to paid time off (“PTO”) accruing at 8.31 hours per period, or twenty seven (27) days when annualized, consistent with the policies then applicable to executive officers.
VACATION/SICK TIME. The Company agrees that the Executive shall be entitled to vacation time with full pay, of three (3) weeks (fifteen (15) working days), during each year of Executive's employment. The scheduling of any vacation shall be coordinated with the Company so that the staffing needs of the Company are met to the extent reasonable possible. The Executive shall be granted sick time in accordance with the policy outlined in the Company's policy manual then in effect from time to time.
VACATION/SICK TIME. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation time in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time, with full pay, of four (4) weeks (twenty (20) working days), during each full year of Executive’s employment. Unused vacation days shall be forfeited at the end of each calendar year and shall not roll over to the next year, nor will Executive be paid for any unused vacation days in a calendar year; provided, however, that upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, the Company will pay any accrued or unused and unpaid vacation time. The Executive shall be granted sick time in accordance with the Company’s policy in effect from time to time.
VACATION/SICK TIME. Executive will be provided paid time off to be used for an existing health condition or preventative care or other personal illness, for purposes related to being a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking, for Executive’s own care or care of a specified family member, vacation, or any other personal reason in accordance with the Company’s PTO Plan and the Company’s Employee Handbook. Executive will earn PTO time based on years of service with the Company at the following rates: Years of Service PTO days 1-2 18 days (or 144 hours) 3-4 19 days (or 152 hours) 5-6 20 days (or 160 hours) 7+ 21 days (or 168 hours)
VACATION/SICK TIME. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation during each twelve (12) months of the Term, during which period his Salary shall continue to be paid. The Executive shall take his vacation at such time or times as the Executive and the Company (as determined by the Chairman of the Board if the Executive is not the Chairman, or by the Board member who is designated as the lead independent director) shall determine is mutually convenient and which times will not materially interfere with the conduct of the Company’s business in the ordinary course. The Executive shall be permitted to carry over up to ten (10) days of unused vacation from one annual period of the Term to the next and shall forfeit any accrued but unused vacation days above such amount. Upon the Executive’s termination of employment, except if the Executive is terminated for Cause (as such term is hereinafter defined) whatsoever, he shall be entitled to payment for a maximum of twenty (20) accrued but unused vacation days. The Executive shall be entitled to sick time and family leave in accordance with the Company’s polices as from time to time in effect.
VACATION/SICK TIME. Employee shall be entitled to six (6) weeks per year vacation. Employee will be entitled to and sick time in accordance with existing REMEC policy. Sick time balances will not be payable upon termination. The days selected for Employee's vacation must be mutually agreeable to the Company and Employee. Employee hereby waives all claims to sick time in excess of two hundred forty (240) hours accrued prior to the Merger.
VACATION/SICK TIME. Executive shall be entitled to paid time off during Executive's employment pursuant to the Company’s policies applicable to senior executives, as may be amended from time to time.
VACATION/SICK TIME. In respect to flex time, a full-time worker's accumulated vacation time and sick time will be pro-rated into hours (i.e., 2 weeks vacation + 70 hours) for this purpose.
VACATION/SICK TIME. Parent shall, or shall cause the Surviving Corporation to, grandfather any accrued vacation or sick days carried over from periods prior to December 31, 2000 by ASA Acquisition through the end of 2001.
