Value-Added Service. The Contractor, in its sole discretion, may choose to discontinue a Value-Added Service. Prior to terminating a Value-Added Service, the Contractor must notify the following entities: a) The Contractor must notify EOHHS no later than sixty (60) days in advance of the proposed effective date of termination if the Contractor is choosing to terminate a Value-Added Service. Further, the Contractor must provide EOHHS with a plan to have all Members receiving the Value-Added Service complete their course of treatment at a clinically appropriate point and refer Members to an alternative service if medically appropriate and available under the benefit package.

A representative of Xxxx who knows the product, will be on-site at SeaMED as needed to help set up the manufacturing process. . There is minimal tribal knowledge required to build and test the unit. . Generic assembly tools (e.g. screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, etc.) are not charged to the customer. . No assembly fixtures and jigs will be transferred to SeaMED. The cost to build assembly fixtures is not included in this cost estimate. . A Process FMEA is already done by Xxxx and is not part of this proposal. The Process FMEA will be released in the Document Transfer process. . Operators' Manuals will be supplied by Xxxx. . Packaging for the device has been designed by Xxxx/Apical and is suitable for shipping production units. The packaging documentation will be released in the Document Transfer process.
