VENUE/ARBITRATION. In the event a lawsuit is filed against PLEX, I agree to the sole and exclusive venue of the Richland County, I further agree that the substantive law of South Carolina shall apply without regard to any conflict of law rules. I also agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to a breach of this agreement shall be submitted to and be settled by final and binding arbitration in Richland County, South Carolina, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. The Employer and the Executive hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of, relating to or concerning enforcement or interpretation of this Amendment or the parties’ respective rights and/or obligations established pursuant to the terms of this Amendment in the Superior Court for Xxxxxx County, Washington. Any such action shall be immediately transferred to arbitration pursuant to the procedure set forth in the Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Rules (“MAR”) adopted by the Washington State Supreme Court, irrespective of the amount in controversy, with such arbitration proceeding to be governed in all respects by the MAR, including the rules governing trial de novo set forth in MAR 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. This Section 7.5 shall be deemed a stipulation to that effect pursuant to MAR 1.2 and 8.1.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity of this Agreement, shall be determined by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Borough of Manhattan, in the State of New York pursuant to the Rules and Procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The controlling law shall be that of the State of New York and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitration shall be conducted by a three arbitrators. Each party shall designate an arbitrator and the two arbitrators so designated shall designate a third arbitrator. The three arbitrators so chosen will conduct the arbitration and will resolve the controversy by a majority vote. The judgment of the arbitrators will be final and binding on the parties. The judgment may be entered in any competent court having jurisdiction which may then enforce the judgment, without reconsideration of the merits or appeal. The costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrators and the reasonable attorneys fees of the prevailing party, will be borne by the non-prevailing party as directed by the arbitrators.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. In the event a lawsuit is filed against JUMPJAM, I agree to the sole and exclusive venue of the Knoxville County, I further agree that the substantive law of Tennessee shall apply without regard to any conflict of law rules. I also agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to a breach of this agreement shall be submitted to and be settled by final and binding arbitration in Knoxville County, Tennessee, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. In the event a lawsuit is filed against THINAIR, I agree to the sole and exclusive venue of the Bexar County, I further agree that the substantive law of Texas shall apply without regard to any conflict of law rules. I also agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to a breach of this agreement shall be submitted to and be settled by final and binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

I further agree that the substantive law of California shall apply without regard to any conflict of law rules. I also agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to a breach of this agreement shall be submitted to and be settled by final and binding arbitration in the County of Alameda, California, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. I understand that by entering into this agreement containing this arbitration provision, I am surrendering and waiving the right I and/or my child(ren)/xxxx(s) would otherwise possess to submit a dispute between ROCKIN’ JUMP and me for resolution by court or jury, including the right of appeal to a higher court.

Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to a breach of this agreement shall be submitted to and be settled by final and binding arbitration in the County of Alameda, California, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. Disputes relating to the sale of products hereunder, or the breach or interpretation hereof, including limited warranty provisions expressed herein shall be exclusively resolved by arbitration in San Diego, California, U.S.A. administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
VENUE/ARBITRATION. The arbitration provisions of the Employment Agreement are incorporated herein as follows: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in with, the internal laws of the State of New York, without reference to the choice of law principles thereof. Any claim, controversy or dispute between the parties hereto, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement or any aspect of your services to the Company hereunder, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement and any and all claims in tort or contract, shall be submitted to arbitration in Melville, New York, pursuant to the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") National Arbitration Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes. This provision shall apply to claims against the Company and/or its affiliates and their respective current or former employees, agents, managers, officers and/or directors. Any issue about whether a claim is covered by this Agreement shall be determined by the arbitrator. There shall be one arbitrator, who (a) shall be chosen from a panel provided by the AAA and who shall apply the substantive law of the State of New York, (b) may award injunctive relief or any other remedy available from a judge, including attorney fees and costs to the prevailing party, and (c) not have the power to award punitive damages. Judicial review of the arbitrator's award shall be strictly limited to the issue of whether said award was obtained through fraud, corruption or misconduct.
