Videography. The following terms relate to the offer to supply Photography and/or Videography services ("the Services") by "the Company" to the "Client".
Videography. This category of service includes video production (including editing), 3D animation, and digital video effects for department projects and promotions.

All eligible members of Unit A must maintain a valid educator’s license issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) at all times during their employment or be eligible and/or approved for Waiver Status. Newly hired teachers pending certification will be granted a reasonable length of time not to exceed six months from the date of hire to obtain appropriate certification. Receipt of satisfactory submission to DESE shall meet the requirements of this provision.
Videography. Your photographer, videographer, and DJ may arrive (1) hour before the start of your rental time. They may prepare an area for photographs, but must not interfere with the Settlers’ Village staff or visitors. The bridal party will not be allowed into the areas until your official rental time commences. Renter Initials Date Tours/Rehearsals: Tours are available by appointment only. A one-hour rehearsal will be available to you at no cost during the week before your ceremony on a space available basis and during our normal business hours. If necessary, a one-hour rehearsal may be scheduled after hours (on a space available basis.) Renter Initials Date Damage Deposit: A $400 damage deposit is required at least 10 days in advance of the wedding, and will be returned to you within 21 days after the wedding. Should any items be broken or damaged, or the allotted time slot is overused these fees will automatically be taken from this deposit. Renter Initials Date Cancellation Policy: Down payments are non-refundable. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your event we will only be able to waive your liability for the balance of your contract if we rebook your date.
Videography. Sessions will not be videotaped by ACTO. Presenters wishing to videotape their session must: Obtain prior approval by ACTO (requests will not be granted on-site at conference); Provide their own videographer and equipment; Arrange and pay for any necessary electrical or other services through ACTO’s official provider; Insure session is not disrupted in any way and the videographer remains in the designated area provided; Insure equipment set-up does not interfere with session start time and dismantling does not interfere with the start of the following session. Failure to comply with the above will result in the removal of the videographer from the session room.

Videography. 6.1 Assignment charges for Digital Video Recording (Full HD output including editing, inserting caption & colour correction) Half Day - Upto 4 Hrs, including conveyance for videography assignment and delivery of DVD (Specifications enclosed)
Videography. 6.1 The Customer shall specify the subject matter of the Video Shoot within 7 days after the date of the Agreement and shall, within a reasonable time prior to the date of the Video Shoot, specify any particular Videos or compositions they require.

Media strategy, purchasing, booking, productions and reportings COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION This agreement shall commence upon verbal, or written, or on the date of last signature upon a quotation and or cost estimate, and endure indefinitely or until receipt of payment from the client for creative concepts and production executed as commissioned. The agency’s cost estimate price shall always be the net amount exclusive of 15% VAT. Payment from clients will be the net amount plus 15% VAT. With ongoing Advertising Campaigns, or Digital Marketing Campaigns, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the two parties will be signed and reviewed annualy between the parties.
