Visibility and Promotion. (a) The Intermediary undertakes to ensure that the documentation applicable to each Covered SME Transaction (or in a separate cover letter accompanying such documentation) include the following wording (or the relevant translation set out in the Specific Terms): “The financing provided hereunder benefits from support from an operational programme co-financed by the European Union Structural Funds pursuant to the “Joint European Resources for Micro to Medium Enterprises” initiative (JEREMIE).”. (b) The Intermediary undertakes to carry out information, marketing and publicity campaigns, focussed in the JEREMIE Jurisdiction, aimed at making the JEREMIE initiative known to SMEs in the JEREMIE Jurisdiction, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Structural Funds Regulations as referred to in the Specific Terms. (c) The Intermediary undertakes to comply with the provisions of Article 8.4 and Article 9 of Commission Regulation and to require that each SME having entered into an SME Transaction complies with such provisions.
Visibility and Promotion. It is important that the SME Initiative Guarantee Facility is promoted and that SMEs are made aware of EU support. Therefore, the Intermediary is required to carry out information, marketing and publicity campaigns within Spain, including through its website, aimed at making the SME Initiative known in Spain. The Intermediary must also ensure that, inter alia, any SME Transaction documentation contain the following wording (or its Spanish translation): “[SME Transaction] benefits from support from the European Union pursuant to the SME Initiative, with funding by the European Union under the ERDF and Horizon 2020 and by the European Investment Fund and the European Investment Bank” and that it includes any logos set out in the Specific Terms. The Intermediary will also identify successful examples of SME Transactions and assist the EIF on a reasonable basis in obtaining information on these.
Visibility and Promotion. II.1. The Contractor commits to: a) Update project website using information received from the Partner; b) Print materials needed for the project promotion (posters, flyers, leaflets, etc.) ; c) Send materials in paper and electronic format to partners for the promotion of the call for applications; d) Send electronic press releases to the partners; e) Create / Design online banners which make a direct connection to the IANUS project site and transmit them to the Partner; f) Promote the project on its own website.
Visibility and Promotion. (A) The Lender will comply with the Visibility and Promotion Guidelines at all times during the term of this Agreement. (B) The Lender will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate and adequate information and training regarding the availability and the operation of the Scheme will be communicated and provided to those offices and branches in the United Kingdom which the Lender has designated as being involved or responsible for the implementation of the Scheme and those of its employees and officers who, on a day to day basis, are the principal points of contact with potential Applicants with a view to ensuring that: (1) there is sufficient awareness of the availability and operation of the Scheme in those employees and officers; and (2) the Scheme is available on a consistent geographical basis, taking into account the extent of the Lender’s operations, throughout the United Kingdom. (C) The Lender (and its officers and employees) will not represent in any way that the provision by the Guarantor of a Scheme Guarantee implies any endorsement or warranty of the Lender from the Guarantor or the Government of the United Kingdom and will ensure that any material utilised by it in respect of the Scheme includes a clear provision to that effect.
Visibility and Promotion. (a) The Borrower undertakes to carry out information, marketing and publicity campaigns, focussed in its territory in which SME Loans will be offered (the Relevant Territory), aimed at making the JEREMIE initiative known to the SMEs in the Relevant Territory, in line with the relevant provisions of EU Structural Funds Regulations, including, but not limited to, the publicity-related requirements of the Commission Regulation and the requirements of the Operational Programme. (b) The Borrower undertakes to comply with the provisions of Article 8.4 of Commission Regulation (EC) 1828/2006. (c) The Borrower undertakes to ensure that the documentation for any SME Loan financed (in part) by the Facility includes the following wording (or the relevant translation set out in schedule 1) (Specific Terms): (d) The Borrower undertakes to comply with any other visibility and promotion requirements set out in schedule 1 (Specific Terms).

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved. b. Consistent with the contractor's work force requirements and as permissible under Federal and State regulations, the contractor shall make full use of training programs, i.e., apprenticeship, and on-the-job training programs for the geographical area of contract performance. In the event a special provision for training is provided under this contract, this subparagraph will be superseded as indicated in the special provision. The contracting agency may reserve training positions for persons who receive welfare assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 140(a). c. The contractor will advise employees and applicants for employment of available training programs and entrance requirements for each. d. The contractor will periodically review the training and promotion potential of employees who are minorities and women and will encourage eligible employees to apply for such training and promotion.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • PUBLICITY AND BRANDING 24.1 Subject to Clause 25 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement or its contents in any way without the Authority's prior Approval. 24.2 The Supplier shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its Staff, servants, employees, agents, Sub-Contractors, suppliers, professional advisors and consultants comply with Clause 24.1. 24.3 The Authority shall be entitled to publicise this Framework Agreement in accordance with any legal obligation upon the Authority, including any examination of this Framework Agreement by the National Audit Office pursuant to the National Audit Act 1983 or otherwise. 24.4 The Supplier shall not do anything or cause anything to be done, which may damage the reputation of the Authority or bring the Authority into disrepute. 24.5 The Supplier shall at all times during the Term on written demand fully indemnify the Authority and keep the Authority fully indemnified against all losses, incurred by, awarded against or agreed to be paid by the Supplier arising out of any claim or infringement or alleged infringement (including the defence of such infringement or alleged infringement) resulting from the Supplier's use of the Government Procurement Service logo.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER.   • TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS 9.1 Notices for permanent full-time vacancies within this bargaining unit, including full-time entry level positions, shall be posted online though the district website posting system and an email will be sent out to every employee notifying them of the job opening, and a copy of each posting shall be sent to the Union Vice-President. Notices shall be posted five (5) working days prior to the application deadline, unless in an emergency the time frame may be reduced after consulting with the local Vice-President of the Union. No permanent appointment shall be made until after the deadline for filing applications. The positions will be filled, if possible, from those seeking a lateral transfer and if not possible, from those seeking promotion. Part-time employees will be given preference for full-time vacancies over outside applicants. Transfers will be honored according to seniority. Positions that will be or have been vacant for at least 6 months shall be posted within 10 days of the vacancy. Also all posted positions will be filled within 30 days of the vacancy. Vacancies means any permanent separation of employment and does not apply when positions are not being filled due to 7:5. 9.2 Service in a part-time position will be converted to full-time equivalency and used to determine seniority status in bidding for an upgraded position (i.e. four (4) hours per work day equals two (2) years full-time seniority). 9.3 The written notice of a vacancy shall contain: (a) type of vacancy; (b) position description; (c) location and shift; (d) starting date; (e) qualifications; (f) salary; and (g) other relevant information. 9.4 The written notice set forth for a particular position shall not be substantively changed after posting. 9.5 Employees who desire a transfer to a posted position may apply as specified in the posting notice. The decision on transfer requests shall be awarded to the most senior applicant, provided he or she is qualified for the position.

  • Cultural ceremonial leave may be taken as whole or part days off. Each day, or part thereof, shall be deducted from: a) the Employee's annual leave entitlements (where applicable); b) the Employee’s accrued long service leave entitlements, but in full days only; or c) accrued days off or time in lieu.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.
