Volunteer Coaches. The district recognized the valuable contribution made to the total school program and encourages volunteerism. Volunteers must follow all the rules outline in Policy 5005 Employment: Disclosures, Certification requirements, Assurances and Approval. This policy requires disclosure of crime, finger printing/background check, and approvals from the head coach, building principal, and the athletic director.

Volunteer Coaches. All coaches are required to sign a contract prior to their engagement in any training session or game. By signing the contract they agree to the terms and conditions of their employment. The contract also ensures that they are covered through the University Insurance Policy. Regardless of payment a contract must be signed by all.

Volunteer Coaches. Volunteer coaches must meet all of the conditions of a volunteer for the district, as established by Human Resources. Volunteer coaches are not entitled to receive benefits provided to paid coaches as listed in this agreement, i.e. in- service expenses or substitute costs. Volunteer coaches will need to be in direct supervision of a contract coach when working with students.

The leave will be scheduled at a time convenient both to the employee and the Employer. Nevertheless, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leave at such a time as the employee may request.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Non-Medical, Personalized Services The Practice shall also provide Members with the following non-medical services:

  • Interviewing Opportunity A representative of the Union or Xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to interview each new Employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes during the first month of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new Employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and its responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.
