Web Hosting Services. The web hosting services provided by YPS, including services such as interactive tracking reports, insertion of live links to other web sites and web site maintenance services, will be provided in compliance with, and where applicable will meet the functionality specifications set forth in, this Agreement, including without limitation the Web Hosting Specifications.

Web Hosting Services. 3.1.1 This paragraph 3 applies only if You purchase Web Hosting Services from Us as selected on Your Application Form.
3.1.2 We scan all files on upload via FTP. While We do Our best to block infected files, We cannot guarantee that We will block all infected files. We cannot be held liable for any virus infections caused by visits to Your website.
3.1.3 All data created or stored by You within Our applications and servers are Your property. We will allow access to such data only by Our authorised personnel as may be necessary to provide the Web Hosting Services.
3.1.4 If You are a Small Business Customer, You will indemnify Us, hold Us harmless and keep Us indemnified against any claim, loss or damage in respect of any web server content, email content or any other data contained on Our servers or within applications on Our servers.
Web Hosting Services. Web hosting services are provided by Amazon Services, which has its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/?nc1=f_pr.
Web Hosting Services. 3.1. Shared web hosting services mean:
3.1.1. providing use of a shared web hosting platform on our servers;
3.1.2. allotting hard drive space on the server to the customer;
3.1.3. giving the customer pass worded FTP access to upload and update the material for its web site;
3.1.4. allocating the web site a shared IP address (unless we agree to provide a dedicated IP address);
3.1.5. arranging for the IP address and the customer’s domain name to be registered in our DNS;
3.1.6. using reasonable endeavours to keep the web site available for access on the world wide web;
Web Hosting Services. For the term of the agreement as set forth herein ChicagoVPS agrees to provide Web Hosting Services according the plan selected by you upon activation of your account. ChicagoVPS reserves the right to change, amend and otherwise alter the services provided with equivalent or otherwise equal services without prior notice to you. The specifics of any particular offer are contained within the offer itself as published on the ChicagoVPS website at the time you create your account and remain in effect throughout the term of your agreement. The specifics of all current offers are located within the ChicagoVPS Website located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Web Hosting Services shall be defined as server space and data transfer allowances for the purposes of displaying a business or personal website.
Web Hosting Services. If NC4's web hosted backup services are procured and listed in the Order Form, the terms of this Section 4 shall apply.

Web Hosting Services. Subject to Licensee's prompt payment of the annual Web Hosting Services Fee in Section 4.2, NC4 will provide Licensee web-hosted application services ("Web Hosted Services"). Except as specifically set forth in Section 4.2, below, Licensee will use the Web Hosted Services for backup purposes only. For purposes of this section, "backup purposes" means reasonable and ordinary backup or archival copy of the data or primary use for a limited period if the Software is nonfunctional or for disaster recovery purposes. If NC4 provides such Web Hosted Services, and subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, NC4 grants to Licensee a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive license for the term of this Agreement to access over the Internet and use the Web Hosted Services solely as a to backup Licensee's use of the Software in the normal course of business.
Web Hosting Services. Subject to Client’s satisfaction of Xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx’ credit approval requirement, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx agrees to provide the web hosting services reflected on the Order Form submitted by Client.
