WEBCAST. The company will webcast the Shareholders’Meeting(in video / audio format). Shareholders are invited to follow the link xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/landingpage/xxxxxxxx/20210129_1/ to access this broadcast. This broadcast will not allow voting during the Meeting. Practical information Publication of significant equity interests In accordance with Article 25/1 of the law of 2 May 2007, no-one may take part in voting at the Meeting for a greater number of votes than that attaching to the shares possession of which he or she has declared at least twenty days before the date of the Meeting. Indeed, if you hold a multiple of at least 5% of our shares, you will only be able to register the maximum number of shares for which you have made a transparency declaration. Right to add items to the agenda and to submit proposals for resolutions In accordance with Article 7:130 of the Code of Companies and Associations, one or more shareholders who together hold at least 3% of The Company’s capital have until 7 January 2021 at the latest to request the inclusion of items to be discussed on the agenda of the Meeting, as well as to submit proposals for resolutions concerning items to be discussed that have been included or are to be included on the agenda. Items to be placed on the agenda and/or proposals for resolutions must be sent to the Company's registered office by ordinary mail to the attention of Xxxxxxxxx Vanden Broecke or by e-mail to xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx. Shareholders exercising this right must meet both the following conditions in order for their requests to be examined during the Meeting : (i) prove that they hold the percentage required above on the date of their request (either by a certificate recording the registration of the corresponding shares in the Company's share register or by a certificate issued by the approved account keeper or settlement body certifying registration in their name of the number of corresponding dematerialised shares); and (ii) hold 3% of the share capital at the Record Date. The company will acknowledge receipt of requests by ordinary letter or e-mail to the address indicated by the shareholder within 48 hours of receipt. WEBCAST. The Exhibiting Organization hereby gives the Sponsor permission to webcast the specified presentation live over the Internet and as a recorded presentation for the duration of the SC2002 Exhibition. The Exhibiting Organization hereby releases all claims and interest in said netcast. In addition, the Exhibiting Organization shall not use copyrighted music in the presentation without obtaining prior written permission from Sponsor.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
