Weekly Payday. A. A regular weekly payday shall be established by the Employer. Employer may use Direct Deposit. B. Employers may withhold, not to exceed, one week’s wages to enable them to prepare the payroll. C. When Employees are laid off they shall be paid in full in cash or check. When Employees quit of their own accord or are fired, they shall wait until the regular payday for the wages due. The Employer agrees to notify the Association Office and the Executive Director to notify the Business Agent as to all lay-offs. D. When an Employee is ordered by the Employer or Employer Representative to report for work on a specified job, and then through no fault of the Employee is not put to work or employed for less than two (2) hours, the Employer shall pay for two (2) hours time, weather permitting work, disputes to go to the Joint Conference Board. If the Employees are not notified in ample time not to report for work, they shall receive two- (2) hour’s show up time. On jobs of more than two- (2) hour’s duration, all Employees shall be paid for actual hours worked.

Weekly Payday. There shall be a payday of once each week for all employees with the provision that such pay days may be spaced between Monday and Friday of each week for the next preceding week, depending upon the practical necessities for the preparation and distribution of the pay checks. 1. An employee must deposit all (100%) of his or her net pay. 2. Pay may be distributed directly to a maximum of five (5) financial institutions and/or accounts. 3. An employee choosing direct deposit may modify his or her distribution(s) a maximum of four (4) times annually. 4. Employees choosing direct deposit are ineligible for advance vacation pay.
Weekly Payday. Payday shall be weekly. The employer will refund monthly to the Driver Salesmen the amounts necessarily spent by them for telephone calls in connection with the Employer's business.

  • Day Unless otherwise stated, reference to the terms "day," "days," "month," or "months" mean calendar day, calendar days, calendar month, and calendar months, respectively.
