WHEN FIRST VACATION IS DUE. Vacation credit and the first vacation leave for any employee shall be due only after the completion of at least the equivalent of 365 calendar days of employment.
WHEN FIRST VACATION IS DUE. The first vacation leave for any employee shall be due only after the completion of at least one hundred thirty working days of employment, except as provided in subsection K. hereof.
