Who May File a Grievance. A grievance may be filed by an aggrieved teacher. A grievance may be filed by the Association whenever the grievance applies to more than one building and/or a group of teachers with a common complaint has requested such action of the Association.
Who May File a Grievance. A grievance may be initiated by any Employee covered by this Agreement. Where a group of bargaining unit Employees desire to file a grievance involving an incident affecting several Employees in the same manner, one (1) Employee shall be selected by the group to process the grievance. Each Employee who desires to be included in such grievance shall be required to sign the grievance.
