Work Package Management Team. The management of work-packages, tasks and subtasks within each Project will be organised and managed through a Work Package Management Team in a flexible manner by the involved Parties according to the work breakdown structure of the Consortium Plan, taking in account technical participation and leadership responsibilities at each level. The Level 1 Work Package Management Team shall consist of the Level 1 Work Package leader and one representative of each Level 2 Work Package participating to such Level 1 Work Package. The Level 2 Work Package Management Team shall consist of the Level 2 Work Package Leader and one representative of each Level 3 Work Package participating to such Level 2Work Package. The Level 3 Work Package Management Team shall consist of the Level 3 Work Package Leader and the other Parties participating to such Level 3 Work Package. The Work Package Leader shall convene meetings (including meetings held via teleconference or videoconference) of the Work Package Management Team every two (2) months and shall also convene meetings at any time upon written request of any member of the Work Package Management Team in the case of an emergency situation. The Work Package Leader shall give each of the members at least ten (10) calendar days notice in writing of such meetings or seven (7) calendar days notice in case of an emergency situation. Any decision requiring a vote at the Work Package Management Team meeting must be identified as such on the invitation. Should a member of the Work Package Management Team suggest adding a discussion/decision to the proposed agenda, it shall do so in writing to all other members at least two (2) working days prior the meeting date.   • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Team Leaders 4.3.1 Team Leaders will be paid on the teachers’ scale according to their qualifications and length of service and in addition will be paid management units for responsibility.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
