Work Schedules and Responsibilities. 6 Due to the possible changes in educational models and/or significant revenue decline, the 7 District may have to change and possibly reduce the hours of classified employees. The 8 District may also need to make changes to responsibilities and/or assignments of classified 9 employees and/or implement a Reduction in Force. 11 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite shift with designated times of beginning and 12 ending as per Section 7.2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. However, due to safety of 13 staff and students and the constant changing of mandates provided from the Xxxxxxxx, XXXX, 00 DOH and the GCHD, employee’s shift designated times may change. Both the immediate 15 supervisor and employee must agree to the shift change.
