Work Schedules and Working Conditions. 6.1 Work Schedules - General A UAF Local 1324 Unit Member's hours of work or assigned duties may be temporarily altered by the Fire Chief so long as there is no loss of wages or benefits to the UAF Local 1324 Unit Member that would have accrued under the regular work schedule in accordance with the Forty-Hour Conversion Rate. When possible, the Fire Chief will seek volunteers for schedule changes before requiring schedule changes on an involuntary basis.

Work Schedules and Working Conditions. Allegiance is required to utilize reasonable work schedules, shift assignments, and to provide adequate working conditions. Allegiance is expected to ensure that field personnel working extended shifts, part-time jobs, or overtime, will not negatively affect patient care. Allegiance must comply with all state and federal wage and labor laws.
Work Schedules and Working Conditions. A. Schedules - Home teaching is a service provided during the school calendar year and follows the school calendar. With the approval of the coordinator, sessions can be scheduled during weekends and holidays. For emergency school closings (e.g. snow), teachers should use their own judgment. Teachers will adhere to a regular schedule and spend the scheduled number of hours with each student. Any change in the number of hours a student is taught must be approved by the coordinator or designee. It is the responsibility of the teacher to inform the student of the number of hours of instruction the student is entitled each week.
