Xxxxxxx Representation. The Company agrees that a Xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx be present at meetings where disciplinary action is a likely consequence. If such disciplinary action is decided upon, due to circumstances which develop during a meeting, the Xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx will be invited to join the meeting prior to the decision being rendered. (If the employee is a Xxxxxxx, they shall have the right to have the attendance of another Xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx at the meeting.) Employees dismissed for any reason whatsoever who feel that they have been unjustly dealt with may promptly notify their Xxxxxxx or the Chief Xxxxxxx who shall, if any grievance is to be filed, notify the Department or Human Resources Manager in writing within five (5) working days from the date of dismissal. All preliminary steps of the grievance procedure prior to Step #3 will be omitted in such cases. Such special grievance may be settled by maintaining management’s position, or by reinstating the employee with full compensation for time lost, or by any other arrangement which is just and equitable in the opinion of the conferring parties, or in the opinion of an arbitration board if the matter is referred to such board.
Xxxxxxx Representation. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect fourteen (14) stewards at least five (5) of whom are part-time employees. Four (4) of these five (5) part- time stewards must be working within the Food Service Department; one (1) of the four
Xxxxxxx Representation. When the Employer requests to meet with an employee regarding a matter that may result in discipline, the employee or an employee who is being interviewed as part of an investigation shall be informed prior to the meeting of the general nature of the discussion and of their right to have a Union representative present. At any step in the process, if the employee declines Union representation they shall do so in writing.
Xxxxxxx Representation. In all cases, the employee being disciplined may choose to have a Union representative/xxxxxxx present during any part of the disciplinary process, and may use the grievance procedure to request the removal of disciplinary actions from their personnel record. Under most circumstances, if the employee was found to have not committed the action outlined in the corrective action, the request for removal shall be granted. The Employer will inform the employee of the right to have a Union xxxxxxx present during the disciplinary process prior to scheduling any investigatory or disciplinary meetings. Upon employee’s request, the Employer will forward a copy of all written disciplinary actions to the Union representative within five (5) days.
Xxxxxxx Representation. Employees in the bargaining unit will be represented by stewards, selected as the Union may determine, as follows: One chief xxxxxxx One xxxxxxx for Transportation (mechanics, drivers and bus aides) One xxxxxxx for Food Service One xxxxxxx for Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, and Lunchroom Custodial Aides

Xxxxxxx Representation. The Hospital and Union agree that Union Stewards elected or appointed under Article 6.05 shall not exceed fourteen (14) in number. The allocation of xxxxxxx representation shall be as follows: Department or Grouping Representatives Patient Support Services 4 Plant Operations, Glassware Washing 2 Nutrition & Food Services 2 POCU, Central Services 2 Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Print Shop 1 Total 11 The Union may elect or appoint additional stewards (floaters) to bring the total to a maximum of fourteen (14) from time to time as the need arises. One (1) floater will be elected or appointed on afternoon/evenings and one (1) on overnights. The Union will take into consideration the size of Department and number of existing Union Stewards when assigning floaters. In any event, no more than one (1) floater may be assigned to any one area except when replacing an extended leave of absence.
Xxxxxxx Representation. Subject always to the safe operation of the Daycare, an employee shall have the right to have her/his Xxxxxxx present at any meeting with representative(s) of the Employer, in which the matter under investigation or discussion may become the subject of disciplinary action.
Xxxxxxx Representation. To Lessor’s knowledge, on the date hereof, no Mold Conditions exist or are present at the Premises and Lessor has received no notice (whether oral or written) which would lead Lessor to suspect the Premises are not in compliance with all laws and regulations relating to mold or Mold Conditions.
