Yearly Vacation Planning Submission. Annual vacation planning calendars for all eligible vacation days, other than eligible carryover days, shall be submitted to the direct supervisor on the following schedule: 12 month employees - due by June 30th 11 month employees - due by August 15th 10 month employees - due by September 10th Work calendars shall be approved within fourteen (14) calendar days of submission of the work calendar. Upon approval, vacation days shall immediately be input in the time management system by the employee for dates that are certain to be taken. For dates that are not set, employees will input their vacation request within thirty (30) calendar days of wanting to use them for final approval.   • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Supplementary Vacation The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined supplementary vacation employment anniversary date and taken at the Employee’s option at any time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date.

  • VACATION PLAN Employees shall earn paid vacation time under this Article. Vacation benefits are earned on a fiscal year basis -- July 1 through June 30.

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked Employees who are required to work on a holiday, shall be compensated at time- and-one-half times the employee's base hourly rate for each hour worked on the holiday up to a maximum of eight and one-half (8½) hours or one-tenth (1/10th) the number of regularly scheduled hours in the employee's standard work period, whichever is less. Time worked in excess of eight and one-half (8½) hours on a holiday shall be compensated in accordance with Article 5, Section 2, Overtime.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.
