Vacation Utilization. A. Vacation or Floating Holiday(s) may be used for absences not covered by other approved leaves of absence.
B. An employee may use accrued Vacation after 6 continuous months of employment.
Vacation Utilization. Employees shall be authorized to utilize only vacation benefits actually accrued to the date of their return from vacation. The anniversary date for increase in such employee's vacation allowance shall be the beginning of the work day immediately following the completion of the appropriate number of years of continuous service.
Vacation Utilization. An employee must use her vacation days by December 31st of each current year. Vacations will not be carried over into a new year. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Executive Director.
Vacation Utilization. As far as possible, employees will be granted their choice of vacation periods, but the right to allot vacation periods is reserved by the Company in order to ensure efficient operations. In situations where employees request additional vacation during restricted periods, the Company will not unreasonably deny the request.
Vacation Utilization. Employees may request vacation utilization, which shall be honored only after prior supervisor approval. Employees should try to avoid using vacation during work days for which students are in school.

Vacation Utilization. Vacation time shall partially be utilized during periods of time between terms. As long as it is not disruptive to the operations of the District, faculty members shall be allowed to be gone from their positions on consecutive working days for the duration of their vacation.

5. All other unit employees who have at least five years service with the District as of June 30th may be paid for up to five (5) unused vacation days beyond one year’s accumulation.
6. Employees who have at least ten years service with the District as of June 30th may be paid for Up to ten (10) unused vacation days beyond one year’s accumulation.
Vacation Utilization a. Credited vacation time shall be taken between July 1 and June 30. There shall be no carryover of vacation to a succeeding year.
b. Vacation schedules of employees shall be submitted to the Superintendent by May 15 of each year. No more than 10 days of vacation time shall be taken when school is in session. Unit members may apply to the Superintendent for approval to use vacation time when school is in session. Non-approval of such leave shall not be subject to Article 5.
Vacation Utilization. Vacation leave shall only be used in increments of thirty (30) minutes. A request for vacation must be submitted in writing by the employee in accordance with the procedure established by the School. Failure to follow the School's procedures shall result in denial of the leave and may result in discipline.
