AGREEMENT REOPENER. 33.01 This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent. If either party wishes to amend or vary this Agreement, it shall give to the other party notice of any amendment proposed and the parties shall meet and discuss such proposal not later than one (1) calendar month after receipt of such notice.

1. The pay increment period for employees at levels SP-01 to SP-10 is fifty-two (52) weeks. A pay increment shall be to the next rate in the scale of rates. **

The pay increment date for an employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit on promotion, demotion or from outside the public service on or after November 1, 2016, shall be the pay increment period as calculated from the date of the promotion, demotion or appointment from outside the public service. ** 3.
(a) An indeterminate employee who is required to act at a higher occupational group and level, shall receive an increment at the higher group and level after having reached fifty-two (52) weeks of cumulative service at the same occupational group and level at the CRA.
(b) An indeterminate employee will be entitled to go to the next salary increment of the acting position, “cumulative” means all periods of acting with the CRA at the same occupational group and level.
AGREEMENT REOPENER. 50.01 The contents of this Agreement may be altered at any time by the mutual consent of the parties.
50.02 Should either party to this Agreement wish to alter the Agreement in whole or in part, such request must be made in writing to the other party. The request shall contain the proposed amendment and a proposed date and place of meeting suggested.
50.03 Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the request outlined in Article 50.02 above, a written response must be made by the second party, indicating whether or not a meeting shall occur.

AGREEMENT REOPENER. For the 2024-25 year, the parties agree to negotiate wage increases as part of a Wage and Insurance Contribution reopener in the spring of 2024.
