If the Mental Health Board determines that the Provider is not in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, relevant Federal, State, or Local laws, rules, regulations, or with the policies, rules and regulations of the Mental Health Board, the procedures as set forth in the Mental Health Board’s Audit and Appeals Policy and Procedure shall be followed.
