Contest Materials definition

Contest Materials means the materials or media that DFCU uses to announce and market the Contest. Contest Run Time: Contest will be held from April 20, 2022 through June 14, 2022. Prizes: DFCU will award up to (5) spots to an individual loanee. They will then have the option to bring (4) family members or friends. Eligibility: Any lawful U.S. resident over the age of eighteen (18). DFCU employees, their spouses and children under 18 are ineligible for the Contest. Limit one (1) prize per person. Entry: Enter to win by being a Deseret First Credit Union member and completing the entry form. Entry by Mail: Entries may also be made without purchase by mailing a 3”x5” card with your name, home address, day and evening phone numbers, and email address to: Deseret First Credit Union, Marketing Department, X.X. If delivery/pickup does not occur within a reasonable timeframe or the winner does not contact DFCU then DFCU, in its sole discretion, may select another winner and the original winner will forfeit his/her prize. Each winner will be required to provide valid identification to redeem his/her prize. Odds: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.   • Sponsor will solely and exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the Contest Materials (as defined below), including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, good will, depictions, designs, creative works, concepts, plans, titles, ideas, and the like therein, in perpetuity and throughout the universe and in all media and forms of expression and communication now known or hereafter developed.

Related to Contest Materials

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.
