Customer Account Team definition

Customer Account Team means the individuals appointed by the Customer from time to time who shall serve as the Supplier's primary contacts for the Supplier's activities under the Agreement
Customer Account Team the individuals appointed by the Customer from time to time who shall serve as Valto’s primary contacts for Valto’s activities under this MSA. Customer Data: any information that is provided by or on behalf of the Customer to Valto as part of the Customer's use of the Services, including any information derived from such information. Customer-site Equipment: any equipment located or to be located on a Customer Site but controlled or to be controlled exclusively by Valto as part of the Managed Services. Customer’s Operating Environment: the Customer’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and telecommunications networks) that is to be used by the Customer in connection with its use of the Services and which interfaces with Valto’s System in order for the Customer to receive the Services, but excluding the Customer-site Equipment.
Customer Account Team means the individuals appointed by the Customer from time to time who shall serve as Pathfindr’s primary contacts for Pathfindr’s activities under this Contract. The issues for which these individuals will be primarily responsible are: i) purchase and renewal of Subscriptions; ii) purchase of Hardware; iii) engagement over trial installations; and iv) management of Authorised Users;

Related to Customer Account Team

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
