Customer Account Team definition

Customer Account Team means the individuals appointed by the Customer from time to time who shall serve as the Supplier's primary contacts for the Supplier's activities under the Agreement
Customer Account Team the individuals appointed by the Customer from time to time who shall serve as Valto’s primary contacts for Valto’s activities under this MSA. Customer’s Operating Environment: the Customer’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and telecommunications networks) that is to be used by the Customer in connection with its use of the Services and which interfaces with Valto’s System in order for the Customer to receive the Services, but excluding the Customer-site Equipment. Customer's Project Manager: the member of the Customer Account Team appointed in accordance with clause 9(c). The Customer's Project Manager at the Effective Date is set out in the Work Order.

The Customer's Project Manager at the Effective Date is named in Schedule 2. “Documentation” means the documents made available to the Customer by the Supplier which includes the Specification. “Effective Date” means the date of this agreement. “Fees” means the fees payable to the Supplier, as described in Schedule 1. “Implementation Services” means the implementation and related work referred to in clause 2.3 and Schedule 3, to be performed by the Supplier to implement the Operational Services for the Customer. “Maintenance and Support” means any error corrections, updates and upgrades that the Supplier may provide or perform with respect to the Operational Services, as well as any other support or training services provided to the Customer under this agreement, all as described in Schedule 5. “Normal Business Hours” means 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, each Business Day. “Operational Services Commencement Date” means the date which the Supplier notifies the Customer the Operational Services are available for access by the Customer. “Operational Services” means the services that as described in the Specification in Schedule 4. “Portal” means the website at [xxxx://xxx.XXXX.xxxxxxxxxx] through which the Authorised Users are able to receive the benefit of the Services from the Supplier. “Project Plan” means the plan to be developed in the planning stage of the Implementation Services. “Service Level Arrangements” means the service level arrangements set out in Schedule 6. “Services” means the Implementation Services, Operational Services and/or Maintenance and Support as applicable, given the context in which the term Services is used. “Software” means the online software in machine-readable object code form, including any error corrections, updates, upgrades, modifications and enhancements provided to the Customer as part of the Services under this agreement. “Specification” means the functionality and performan...
