Estate Roads definition

Estate Roads means the access roads and footpaths on the Estate Common Parts at the date of this Lease, as the same may be amended and/or re-routed from time to time;
Estate Roads means such unadopted roads as are now or at any time during the Term may be upon or lead into the Estate
Estate Roads means the roads and footpaths within the Estate constructed or to be constructed for use by vehicular and pedestrian traffic and as referred to in the Transfer.

More Definitions of Estate Roads

Estate Roads means roads and footpaths within the Estate in the ownership of the Company. “Landlord” means the owner of a property which is a Park Household or Park Business within the Estate who leases that property to a tenant under the terms of a lease.
