General Work definition

General Work means any work in the confectionery industry other than skilled duties, and shall include any labouring work done in a factory.
General Work. Plan: You must include a General Work Plan for Budget Year 2 – Budget Year 5. The General Work Plan does not need to identify specific studies/projects that will be conducted during those years but it must describe general HWRC activities that span all five (5) years of the project period. General Work. The frequency of maintenance shall be as specified or as when deemed necessary by the Engineer. Since equipment failure warrants immediate attention, the Contractor must be able to provide his services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and (for non-emergency services) within 24 hours of notification by the City. As described in Section 3, the Contractor shall log all information pertaining to completed work described in this section in the Daily Report. Facility/Equipment Cleaning: the materials and techniques employed for cleaning must be approved by the Engineer. In general, corrosive cleaning agents will not be approved. All wastes resulting from cleaning shall be removed from the shafts. The pumps in the sump pits shall not be used for pumping water containing debris or any solid matter. Furthermore, the disposal of all waste, debris or solid matter shall be conducted in an approved manner. The instrumentation and telemetry equipment covered under this contract shall include but not be limited to those listed in Table 1 below.
