Incident Responsibility Rate definition

Incident Responsibility Rate is the classification level and pay rate an employer may assign an employee to during an incident to perform assigned incident duties. Employees will be paid at the assigned incident responsibility rate or their normal rate of pay whichever is the greater.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Emergency responder means an individual who is required to possess a license, certificate, permit, or other official recognition for his or her expertise in a particular field or area of knowledge and whose assistance is utilized or is desirable during an emergency.
