Informal Step. An employee shall discuss a complaint or problem orally with his/her immediate supervisor or his designated representative within ten (10) days following its occurrence in an effort to resolve the problem in an informal manner.
Informal Step. Informal Step. A bargaining unit member who believes that they may have a grievance shall meet with the bargaining unit member’s identified immediate supervisor or designee in a good faith attempt to resolve the grievance.
