PG&E DATA. PG&E Data shall mean:
PG&E DATA has the meaning set forth in Appendix XV, Section 5.
PG&E DATA. PG&E Data shall mean: all data or information provided by or on behalf of PG&E, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information relating to, of, or concerning, or provided by or on behalf of any Customers, all data or information input, transferred, uploaded, migrated, or otherwise sent by or on behalf of PG&E to Seller as PG&E may approve of in advance and in writing (in each instance), account numbers, forecasts, and other similar information disclosed to or otherwise made available to Seller by or on behalf of PG&E and Customers, and all data provided by PG&E’s licensors, including any and all survey responses, feedback, and reports, as well as information entered by PG&E, Seller or subcontractor, and Customers. SECURITY OF PG&E DATA: Seller agrees that Seller’s collection, management and use of PG&E Data during the Term shall comply with these security requirements and all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and ordinances.

  • Accordingly, and in addition to PG&E’s right to seek damages and any other available remedies at law or in equity in accordance with this Contract, Contractor agrees that PG&E will have the right to obtain, from any competent civil court, immediate temporary or preliminary injunctive relief enjoining any breach or threatened breach of this Contract, involving the alleged unauthorized access, disclosure or use of any Confidential Information and/or PG&E Data.

  • PG&E may provide PG&E Data to Contractor to perform its obligations hereunder.

  • Contractor agrees that Contractor’s collection, management and use of PG&E Data during the Term shall comply with these security requirements and all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and ordinances.

  • Contractor may receive PG&E Data if Contractor receives a risk rating of 3, 2 or 1 from PG&E at the conclusion of the PG&E Vendor Security Review process.

  • Before receiving any PG&E Data, Contractor shall undergo PG&E's Vendor Security Review process.

  • If Contractor receives a risk rating of 4 or 5 from PG&E, Contractor may not receive PG&E Data until such time Contractor receives a risk rating of 3, 2 or 1.

PG&E DATA. Means: (i) any and all data and information of or con- cerning any employee, supplier, consumer, household, commercial or customer of PG&E, including, but not limited to, name and contact information and, in the case of customers, their home address and home telephone number; de- vice IDs; e-mail addresses; billing information; electric and gas energy usage, electric service (including, without limitation, service account number, electricity demand (in kilowatts), monthly billed revenue, credit history, rate schedule(s), or number or type of meters at a lo- cation); (ii) any and all data or information collected or received by Implementer from any employee, supplier or customer of PG&E, if collected or received by Implementer in the course of providing Services to PG&E; and (iii) any data or other information derived from data and information referred to in paragraphs (i) or (ii) including copies, summaries, analyses, statistics, aggregations, forecasts, and reports, in each case whether anonymized or not and Term Refer to Section whether printed, electronic, or in some other for- mat. Post Termination Record Retention Period The period of time PG&E Records Retained by Implementer as required under this Agreement must be maintained and available to be produced or Audited. This time period shall be at least three years from the Program Term end date un- der which such records were generated Services Implementer’s Services provided directly to and for PG&E under an Implementer Program on an Attachment 2 under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, services and products that Implementer makes available to customers un- der any of its Program’s on an Attachment 2 or otherwise Implementer independently provides, except for the Services Implementer provides to PG&E under this Agreement, do not satisfy, are not to be understood as, and are not included in the definition of Services for purposes of this Agreement. Service Work Prod- uct Any and all materials, information, or other work product created, prepared, accumulated or developed by Implementer or any Implementer Party for PG&E in the course of performing Ser- vices under this Agreement Work. This term may be used in certain standard PG&E documents and refers to Services.

PG&E DATA means: (i) any computer resources, technical information and materials contained in or relating to PG&E systems that Employee may view, access or receive in the course of performing Services for PG&E including but not limited to: computer systems, electronic records processed and/or stored in such systems, specifications and records and/or software, data, computer models, and related documentation; and (ii) any data stored in or obtained from PG&E systems; and (iii) any changes or updates to any of the foregoing that Employee may make in the course of performing Services for PG&E.
PG&E DATA means: all data or information provided by or on behalf of PG&E, including but not limited to, personal information relating to, of, or concerning, or provided by or on behalf of any Customers; all data or information input, transferred, uploaded, migrated, or otherwise sent by or on behalf of PG&E to Consultant as PG&E may approve of in advance and in writing (in each instance); all data collected or received by Consultant directly from any PG&E employee, agent, customer or other third party for the purposes of this Agreement; account numbers, forecasts, and other similar information disclosed to or otherwise made available to Consultant by or on behalf of PG&E and Customers; and any data derived from the data described in paragraphs (a) through (d), including data aggregations, summaries, analyses and reports, in each case whether or not de-identified or anonymized.

Related to PG&E DATA

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.
