Prior Mortgages definition

Prior Mortgages means, with respect to an Initial Asset, the security interests granted by the applicable Initial Asset Trust in respect of such Initial Asset and the Related Assets prior to the Delivery Date for such Initial Asset, in relation to a prior financing or refinancing thereof.
Prior Mortgages means the prior mortgage(s) or charge(s) (if any) mentioned in the Second Schedule;

Prior Mortgages means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages executed and delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement and (b) the Mortgages executed and delivered in connection with this Agreement prior to the Third Amendment Closing Date.
