This Mortgage is being executed in several counterparts, all of which are identical, except that to facilitate recordation, if the Mortgaged Property is situated in more than one jurisdiction, descriptions of only those portions of the Mortgaged Property located in, and descriptions of the Prior Mortgages (as defined herein) for, the jurisdiction in which a particular counterpart is recorded shall be attached as Exhibit A thereto.
