Project Parking Facilities definition

Project Parking Facilities means and collectively refer to the surface parking lot located on the Property and any other parking facilities that may be constructed or installed at the Property. Tenant shall be responsible for the full amount of any taxes imposed by any governmental authority in connection with the use of the Project Parking Facilities by Tenant or its employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors or visitors. Tenant’s continued right to use the Project Parking Facilities is conditioned upon Tenant abiding by all rules and regulations which are reasonably prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Project Parking Facilities, including any sticker or other identification system established by Landlord and Tenant’s cooperation in seeing that Tenant’s employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors and visitors also comply with such rules and regulations. Landlord specifically reserves the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout and all other aspects of the Project Parking Facilities at any time so long as the same does not permanently reduce the number of parking spaces allocated to Tenant or otherwise materially interfere with Tenant’s parking rights hereunder and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Project Parking Facilities for purposes of permitting or facilitating any such construction, alteration or improvements, provided, however, if 50% or more of the Project Parking Facilities is restricted, Landlord shall provide Tenant with alternative parking reasonably near the Property that satisfies the requirements under this Paragraph. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator in which case such parking operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to the Landlord. The parking privileges granted to Tenant pursuant to this Section are provided to Tenant solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel and Tenant’s visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant except in connection with an assignment of the Lease or a sublease of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not use or suffer or permit the Project Parking Facilities to be used for any of the following purposes: automobile repairs, windshield replacements, car washing facilities, barb...
Project Parking Facilities means, collectively, the surface lots at the Project, under-building parking in Building 910 (pro-ratably based on Tenant’s rsf of its then-existing Leased Premises in Building 910), Building 960 pro-ratably based on Tenant’s rsf of its then-existing Leased Premises in Building 960) and Building 970 (pro-ratably based on Tenant’s rsf of its then-existing Leased Premises in Building 970) and Parking Structures A & B (but not under-ground parking in Parking Structures A & B or reserved spaces) (as more particularly described on the Site Plan). The fifth (5th) sentence of Section 20 of the Original Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Landlord specifically reserves the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout and all other aspects (including relocation) of the Project Parking Facilities at any time, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion (and after consultation with Tenant), and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Project Parking Facilities (or any portion thereof) for purposes of facilitating any such construction, alteration of improvements, provided that the number of parking spaces Tenant has access to in the Project Parking Facilities shall not be reduced and Landlord shall exercise such rights in a manner that will cause the least inconvenience to Tenant as is reasonably practicable.” The final two sentences in Section 20 of the Original Lease are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: “Tenant shall be permitted to use on a “first come first serve” basis, the bicycle racks located in the parking lots located under each of Buildings 910, 960 and 970 and use, on a “first come first serve” basis, the four (4) 110v outlets located in the under-building parking in Building 910, all 110v outlets located in the under-building parking in Building 960 and the three (3) 110v outlets located in the under-building parking on Building 970 to charge vehicles of its personnel. Tenant shall be permitted to install additional bicycle racks and bicycle lockers for its exclusive use in the parking lots located under each of Buildings 910, 960 and 970, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, subject to Landlord’s prior approval of plans therefor and in accordance with applicable Laws.”

Examples of Project Parking Facilities in a sentence

  • All motor vehicles (including all contents thereof) shall be parked in the Project Parking Facilities at the sole risk of Tenant and each other Tenant Party, it being expressly agreed and understood Landlord has no duty to insure any of said motor vehicles (including the contents thereof), and Landlord is not responsible for the protection and security of such vehicles.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever for any property damage or loss which might occur on the Project Parking Facilities or as a result of or in connection with the parking of motor vehicles in the Project Parking Facilities, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of any Landlord Party, but subject to the waiver in Section 10.5.

  • Tenant shall not use or suffer or permit the Project Parking Facilities to be used for any of the following purposes: automobile repairs, windshield replacements, car washing facilities, barbeques, parties, storage, or parking of recreational vehicles, trucks larger than standard passenger pickup trucks (other than in connection with the reasonable use of the loading dock area), trailers or inoperative vehicles.

  • Landlord shall cooperate with reasonable Tenant requests in connection with the operation of the Project Parking Facilities servicing Tenant, provided that (a) subject to the terms of Section 28.3, above, Tenant shall be responsible for any increased costs associated with the implementation of such requests, and (b) such requests shall not adversely effect Landlord’s ability to comply with the terms of this Lease (including, without limitation, this Article 28).

  • Tenant shall have the right to use, on a non-exclusive basis, up to 3.45 parking spaces in the Project Parking Facilities for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of the Leased Premises, including fifteen (15) reserved parking spaces to be designated by Landlord in a location near the main entrance to the Leased Premises.

Related to Project Parking Facilities

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.
