Project Timetable means the timetable (if any) for the provision of the IT Supplies which appears in the Statement of Works;
Project Timetable means the timetable and plan for the performance of the Services under the terms of this Contract, which is agreed between the Parties and attached hereto as Schedule 3.
Project Timetable means the project timetable, substantially in the form of SCHEDULE 1.1(VI), as it may be amended with the consent of the Independent Engineer to the extent reasonably required to be consistent with the Plan of Work, and as it may be otherwise amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Special Payments may include, but are not limited to, out-of-court settlements, compensation or additional severance payments to the Grantee’s employees; State Aid Law means the law embodied in Article 107-109 of section 2, Title VII of the Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of Laws – Consolidated Versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union or any Domestic Law which replaces such State Aid Law following the UK’s exit from the European Union; Supplier Form means the supplier set-up form available at the Darwin Forms and Guidance Portal; Third Party means any person or organisation other than the Grantee or the Department; Unspent Money means any money paid to the Grantee in advance of its Eligible Expenditure, which remains unspent and uncommitted at the end of the Financial Year, the Funding Period, or because of termination or breach of this Grant Funding Agreement; VAT means value added tax chargeable in the UK; Working Day means any day from Monday to Friday (inclusive) which is not specified or proclaimed as a bank holiday in England and Wales pursuant to section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971, including Christmas Day and Good Friday;
