The RFP will guide the land acquisition process and the preparation of sub-project specific Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) in compliance with the domestic legal and policy framework for land acquisition and OP/BP 4.12.
The RPF guides the preparation of Resettlement Action Plans of individual sub projects in order to meet the needs of the people who may be affected by the project.
It provides guidance for preparing Abbreviated Resettlement Action Plans (ARAP), voluntary land donation (VLD) and associated documentation.
