Review File definition

Review File means all instruments and documents, in the files of the Seller pertaining to the Loan(s), including without limitation, the Note(s) and any Collateral Documents and any loan summaries prepared by the Seller, but excluding any Excluded Information.
Review File means the documentation assembled by CIGNA HealthCare to facilitate External Review as required under the terms of Sections 8.3.c(2)(h)(i) and 8.3.d(7)(a) of this Agreement.
Review File means all instruments and documents, in the files of the Seller pertaining to the Loan(s) and which have been provided to the Buyer as of the execution of this Agreement, including without limitation, the Note(s), Loan Documents and any Collateral Documents and any loan summaries prepared by Seller, Servicing File, any standard lease form, appraisal, engineering and environmental reports, all insurance documentation for the Mortgaged Properties, credit reports, title insurance policy, survey, all financial statements of any Obligor and operating statements for the Mortgaged Properties, but excluding any Excluded Information. “Sale Documents” means this Agreement and all attachments hereto, and all other instruments, agreements, certificates and other documents at any time executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Seller and/or the Buyer in connection with the sale of the Loan(s). “Separate Loan Assignments” is defined in Section 4.4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Review File in a sentence

  • The records in each parcel file may be reviewed by the MDOT ROW LPA Coordinator at any time as part of the oversight duties and there shall be a separate file for each parcel acquired to include all applicable documentation (Parcel Review File Checklist).

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Review Report means, for an Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared according to Section 3.5.

  • Review Assets means those Receivables identified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement as requiring a Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice according to Section 3.01 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.

  • CMSA Property File means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.

  • Asset Review Notice means the notice from the Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform an Asset Review under Section 3.4 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicing File The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.
