Security Badging. Any Company employee, or any employee of its contractors or agents, that require unescorted access to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) to perform work under this Agreement will be badged with an Airport identification badge (hereinafter referred to as "Badge") provided by Authority’s ID Badging Department and will be subject to an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and an annual Security Threat Assessment (STA). A new or renewed Badge will not be issued to an individual until the results of the CHRC and the STA are completed and indicate that the applicant has not been convicted of a disqualifying criminal offense. If the CHRC or STA discloses a disqualifying criminal offense, the individual’s new or renewed badge application will be rejected. The costs of the CHRC and the annual STA will be paid by Company. These costs are subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the costs. All badged employees of Company and its contractors or agents will comply with Authority's regulations regarding the use and display of Badges. Company will be assessed a fine for each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for or not returned to Authority at the time of Badge expiration, employee termination, termination of the Agreement, or upon written request by Authority. This fine will be paid by Company within 15 days from the date of invoice. The fine is subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the fine. If any Company employee is terminated or leaves Company’s employment, Authority must be notified immediately, and the Badge must be returned to Authority promptly.

In order to work on Airport property, an employee must have a valid and active ID Media allowing access to that employee’s work area. Employees who have their ID Media privileges revoked or suspended may not be escorted on Airport property. The Company will be assessed liquidated damages of sixty dollars ($60) for each ID Media that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for or not returned to the Authority at the time of ID Media expiration, employee termination, termination of this Agreement, or upon written request by the Authority. Such liquidated damages will be paid by the Company within fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice. The amount of liquidated damages for failure to return ID Media is subject to change by the CEO without notice, and the Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the liquidated damages. If any Company employee is terminated or leaves the Company’s employment, the Authority must be notified immediately, and the ID Media must be returned to the Authority promptly.

Security Badging. The Permittee, at its cost, shall ensure that each shuttle driver maintains and displays an Airport Employee Identification (ID) Badge at all times while on the Space or Airport property. Implementation of this Section will be phased in with Permittee being given a thirty day (30) notice as to when Permittee’s shuttle drivers must apply for their Airport ID badge. Permittee’s shuttle drivers are required to successfully complete an Airport Police Background Check. The following information on each shuttle driver must be submitted to the Airport Police Security Operations Bureau: name, address, telephone number, a valid Commercial Driver’s License, place of birth, date of birth, and work authorization (Social Security card or appropriate immigration documents if not a U. S. citizen). Permittee shall be responsible for any cost to process each Permittee’s drivers’ application for an Airport ID Badge. Permittee at all times shall maintain adequate control of said Airport ID Badges. Replacement cost for lost, stolen, or damaged Airport ID Badges will be the sole responsibility of the Permittee. Permittee at its cost shall timely supply to and timely update and maintain, as needed or requested by the Airport Police Security Operations Bureau and the Airport Properties Department, a current list in a form acceptable to the City of all Permittee’s drivers to be issued an Airport Employee ID Badge.

For each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for, or not returned to Customer at the time of Badge expiration, employee termination, termination of this Master Services Agreement, or upon written request by Customer, XXXX will be assessed a liquidated damage fee, not as a penalty but as liquidation of a reasonable portion of damages that will be incurred by Customer by failure of SITA to notify Customer of each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for, or not returned to Customer. This liquidated damage fee will be paid by XXXX within ten (10) days from the date of invoice. The liquidated damage fee is subject to change without notice, and XXXX will be responsible for paying any increase in the liquidated damage fee. It is mutually agreed between the Parties that the assessment of the liquidated damage fee is reasonable. The Parties agree that the liquidated damages described in this paragraph are solely for the administrative burden of failure to return the Badge. If any employee of SITA is terminated or leaves XXXX’s employment, Customer must be notified immediately, and the Badge must be returned to Customer promptly.

Without limiting the foregoing, and unless expressly agreed to the contrary in writing, Contractor warrants that all electronic District Data will be encrypted in transmission and at rest in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-57, as amended.

  • Security Program Contractor will develop and implement an effective security program for the Project Site, which program shall require the Contractor and subcontractors to take measures for the protection of their tools, materials, equipment, and structures. As between Contractor and Owner, Contractor shall be solely responsible for security against theft of and damage of all tools and equipment of every kind and nature and used in connection with the Work, regardless of by whom owned.

  • Security Protocols Both parties agree to maintain security protocols that meet industry standards in the transfer or transmission of any data, including ensuring that data may only be viewed or accessed by parties legally allowed to do so. Provider shall maintain all data obtained or generated pursuant to the Service Agreement in a secure digital environment and not copy, reproduce, or transmit data obtained pursuant to the Service Agreement, except as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data requests by LEA.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Security Plan The Operator shall develop and execute a security plan that meets the requirements of this Agreement and Article 7. The Operator shall document in the security plan the process used to ensure information systems including hardware, software, applications, and general support systems have effective security safeguards, which have been implemented, planned for, and documented. The Operator shall deliver a copy of the plan to the RIRs after each annual update.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.
