Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.
Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;
Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.
Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;
Critical incident means an occurrence or set of events inconsistent with the routine operation of the facility, or the routine care of a consumer. Critical incidents specifically include but are not necessarily limited to the following: adverse drug events; self-destructive behavior; deaths and injuries to consumers, staff and visitors; medication errors; consumers that are absent without leave (AWOL); neglect or abuse of a consumer; fire; unauthorized disclosure of information; damage to or theft of property belonging to a consumers or the facility; other unexpected occurrences; or events potentially subject to litigation. A critical incident may involve multiple individuals or results.
Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;
Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.
Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
serious incident means any incident that directly or indirectly led, might have led or might lead to any of the following:
Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.
Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Privacy Incident means violation of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes chapter 13); violation of federal data disclosure or privacy requirements in federal laws, rules and regulations; and/or breach of a contractual obligation to protect State data. This includes, but is not limited to, improper or unauthorized access to, viewing of, obtaining of, acquisition of, use of, disclosure of, damage to, loss of, modification of, alteration to or destruction of State data protected by such State or federal laws or by contract.
Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
service well means a well drilled or completed for the purpose of supporting production in an existing field. Wells in this class are drilled for the following specific purposes: gas injection (natural gas, propane, butane or flue gas), water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation or injection for combustion.
Critical Illness or “CI” means Diagnosis of any of the following Covered Conditions which occur directly as a result of illness, and first occur after the Effective Date of Insurance:
Denial of Service Attack means an attack intended by the perpetrator to overwhelm the capacity of a Computer System by sending an excessive volume of electronic data to such Computer System in order to prevent authorized access to such Computer System.
Unusual Incident means those incidents involving serious illness or accidents, death of an individual, injury or illness of an individual requiring inpatient or emergency hospitalization, suicide attempts, a fire requiring the services of a fire department, or any incident requiring abuse investigation.
Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.
Discrepancies incident to shipment means any differences (e.g., count or condition) between the items documented to have been shipped and items actually received.
SLA means service level agreement.
Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;
