• Where Digital Origin consents to such relocation, Digital Origin shall provide a relocation and installation service, the cost of which shall be paid by the Client in accordance with Digital Origin’s then current Charges applying at that time, and such payment shall be in addition to the Annual Support Charge.

More Definitions of Support Charge

Support Charge means the support costs associated with the Agreement for the period beginning October 1, 2001. The Support Charge shall be Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3.50), which includes all costs for labor, freight, handling, replacement components, packaging material and other associated items.

Support Charge means the recurring Charges due to the Company by the Customer in consideration of the provision of the Maintenance Services, as set out in the Order Form;

Support Charge means the charge for the Support Service, as set out in the Contract, and as may be varied from time to time pursuant to Condition 3.3;

Support Charge means: a) the Support Charge specified on Page 3 of this Agreement, or in absence of specification:- (i) where the Equipment is subject to a Purchase Arrangement an annual Charge of 15% of the purchase price with a minimum Charge of £150 per annum; (ii) where the Equipment is subject to an Equipment Rental an annual Charge of 15% of the total Equipment Rental payable over the Minimum Period of this Agreement with a minimum Charge of £150 per annum; (iii) where the Equipment is subject to a Leasing Arrangement an annual Charge of 15% of the total amount payable by the finance company to CommsFM under clause 3.1 with a minimum Charge of £150 per annum; or b) such other amount as CommsFM may notify to the Customer pursuant to clause 9.7 from time to time;

Support Charge has the meaning given in the Main Agreement. Support Hours: Between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Support Period: the term of the Main Agreement. Support Request: request made by the Client in accordance with this schedule for support in relation to the Software, including correction of a Fault. Support Services: maintenance of the then-current version or release of the Software, including Help Desk Support, but excluding any Out-of-scope Services.

Support Charge means charges for services outlined in the Fee Schedule and Schedule A provided during and outside Normal Business Hours.

Support Charge means the amount exclusive of VAT stated on the Cover Sheet due and payable in consideration of the Services (being an annual rate unless otherwise stated) together with any rates applicable to Services provided outside Working Hours and any additional amounts chargeable under clause 9.
