Workdays definition
Workdays for the purpose of this section shall mean days that the district office is open for business.
Workdays are days on which the District administrative offices are open for public business.
Workdays in this article shall mean, except where otherwise indicated, the scheduled staff days for each respective program or the workdays on the calendar developed with the employee’s supervisor or as determined by the current bargaining agreement. In the event a grievance involves multiple employees, days or workdays shall mean the staff days of the High Point school calendar. Days shall exclude days due to closures due to weather, lack of heat, water, plumbing, etc. or other reasons for building/program closure.

Workdays are defined as those days the District Offices are open.

A copy of the notice of vacancy shall be sent to the CSEA chapter President.
Workdays as used herein shall exclude weekend days and holidays. If the parties are unable to agree, the case will be filed with the American Arbitration Association. In either case, the parties will be bound by the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. If not submitted, the grievance shall be abandoned.
