The individual will evaluate, develop and assign academic faculty. The Director will manage the daily activities of the program and resources needed to support the program, working with the institution on budget for operational and capital expenditure; participate on faculty committees; and perform other duties related to teaching and learning at a community college. The Director must stay abreast of ongoing developments, trends, and issues in instruction in the community college environment.
