Workforce Plan definition

Workforce Plan means a report that outlines the current, and where requested, projected future composition of an Approved Sponsor’s workforce. It should include details of the total number of Australian workers (including permanent residents) and temporary visa holders engaged by the Approved Sponsor. Year means the period of 12 months commencing on the day this Agreement commences, or a period of 12 months commencing on an anniversary of that day.
Workforce Plan means a document setting out the projected staffing needs of a school having regard to factors such as the education program of the school, predicted enrolment increase or decrease, predicted staff absences due to leave or other reasons and any predicted departures of existing staff and the consequent mix of ongoing and fixed term teaching and non-teaching staff and the number of fixed term employees eligible for translation to ongoing employment in accordance with clauses 21(2)(f) to (h).

Subject to complying with the requirements of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) such information should include: school strategic plan (or its equivalent); high level student resource package data for the school. This requirement is satisfied where the following documents (or their successors) are provided: SRP Indicative Allocations, Management Report generated by the SRP Planner and SRP Confirmed Allocations; and anticipated enrolments and staff movements. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not require the principal, as the Employer’s representative, to provide individual employee information (other than an employee’s name and teaching method). Assistant principals will be consulted in accordance with the school based consultative arrangements set out in sub clauses (1) to (6).
Workforce Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Operator which sets out the Operator’s workforce management methodology which, as at the Date of this Agreement, is set out in Attachment 4 as may be updated from time to time by the Operator in accordance with this Agreement. Works has the meaning given in the D&C Agreement. Works Program has the meaning given in the D&C Agreement.
Workforce Plan means any Employee Plan maintained by Seller or any of its Affiliates covering or providing benefits to a Workforce Member or former Workforce Member, including any beneficiary or dependent of any such Workforce Member or former Workforce Member.
