CLAIMS AND WARRANTY. Any product returns must be accepted in advance by the seller. Returns made without the latter's consent will not be taken into account. Returned goods will be subject to quality control before any decision is made. All goods are covered by a one-year warranty as from the delivery date. The seller reserves the right to either replace the defective part or issue a credit note for the value of the invoiced price. The seller's liability is limited solely to the goods supplied and does not apply to damage, injuries or loss of income resulting from a defective component. The warranty does not apply if the defective material or design is attributable to the buyer, if the operating defect is the result of unauthorized work carried out, if the defective operation is the result of normal wear and tear of the item, negligence and/or poor maintenance by the buyer, or if the defective operation is the result of a force majeure event. The replacement of parts will not result in an extension of the life of the product.
