Implementation. Refers to the preparatory phase for the Start of Production of the SaaS Service, which enables CLEVER CLOUD to prepare an instance of its Software specially for the CLIENT and to scale the SaaS Service to the extent desired by the CLIENT. The costs of Implementation are not included in the amount of the Royalty and are paid as a supplementary cost.

Implementation. 1 - Each cooperation program within the framework of the present Agreement shall be defined by specific Agreement specifying the field concerned, the nature and the objectives of the program, as well as the conditions and circumstances of its implementation. 2 - Each specific Agreement shall be approved by the authorities of each of the bodies involved (Institute, Faculty, Department, Laboratory), and shall be an Appendix to the present Agreement, submitted to the signature procedures in use in each of the PARTIES. 3 - Each of the departments involved shall appoint a person in charge of the cooperation program (or a coordinator), who shall be responsible for its preparation, its implementation and of its evaluation on a yearly basis.
